Take a break and reconnect with yourself at this calming wellness event designed just for SJSU students enrolled in Kate’s course: Mindfulness for Resilience and Stress Reduction.

Enjoy a gentle yoga and guided meditation session led by Kate Ferguson, followed by a deeply restorative sound healing experience with Dianna Forssander, a certified Sound Healer and practitioner of Motoki, an earth-based energy healing practice.
