One to Two-Hour Program

An Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program

Eight weeks of experiential learning in a community setting designed to help you cultivate a deep sense of wellbeing through the integration of mindfulness practices into your daily life

MBSR is a non-sectarian, research-based mindfulness meditation program.

Participants will learn to cultivate greater awareness, emotional balance, and resilience by integrating meditation, gentle movement, and present-moment reflection into daily life.
