Join us for a peaceful and nourishing two-day retreat set amidst the serene grounds of Glastonbury Abbey. Guided by a mother-daughter team of experienced facilitators, this retreat offers a gentle immersion into mindfulness and spiritual direction.
Our time together will include:
Guided meditation and yoga
Walking meditation through nature
A contemplative labyrinth walk
An opportunity for 1:1 spiritual direction coaching

An Introduction to Mindfulness
Curious about mindfulness? Join me for a relaxed and engaging introduction designed for anyone interested in slowing down and becoming more present in daily life.
In this 90-minute session, we will explore:
1. What is Mindfulness?- Understanding the foundations
2. Mindfulness in Practice- A brief introduction to both formal (meditation) and informal (everyday) practices
3. The Benefits of Mindfulness- How it can support mental clarity, emotional well-being, and stress reduction
The session includes simple guided practices you can take with you into your everyday life - no experience necessary, Come learn, breathe, and experience mindfulness for yourself.

Mother’s Day Mindfulness Renewal
Renew your spirit under a star studded sky with yoga, meditation and soothing sound vibrations. Enjoy a gentle yoga and guided meditation session led by Kate Ferguson, followed by a deeply restorative sound healing experience with Kalden Kho.
Kalden draws on his traditional Tibetan background, using a variety of musical instruments to help you regain your ideal vibration, leading to a more balanced state-physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Enjoy a gentle yoga and guided meditation session led by Kate Ferguson, followed by a deeply restorative sound healing experience with Dianna Forssander, a certified Sound Healer and practitioner of Motoki, an earth-based energy healing practice.
