I’ve also been creating a series of yoga videos to support your practice at home — thoughtful, accessible sequences you can return to again and again.

Whether you want to energize your morning, release tension after a long day, or reconnect with your body and breath, these sessions are designed to ground you in movement. They’ll be available here soon.

Audio Meditations

I have started recording audio meditations - gentle, grounding practices to support you wherever you are, whether you’re beginning your day with intention or winding down in the evening.

These sessions help you reconnect with your breath, body, and the present moment. They’ll be available here soon, and I look forward to sharing them with you.

Equipment To Support Your Practice

Here are a few thoughtfully chosen tools that I use in my own practice. I only recommend products I genuinely believe in — ones that have supported me and may support you, too.

  • Orange yoga mat with a logo patch, rolled out on wooden floorboards.

    Manduka

Manduka mats have been a steady companion in my practice for years. I love their grounding feel and the way they hold up over time, whether I’m teaching a class or moving through a quiet flow at home.

    Jade

JadeYoga mats have a beautiful, natural feel underfoot — grippy and made with sustainable materials. I appreciate their commitment to both the earth and the practice, and often recommend them.

    Carolina Morning

Carolina Morning makes some of the most supportive and beautiful meditation cushions I’ve used. Their designs are simple, sustainable, and intentionally made - perfect for creating a quiet, nourishing space.
